Hi,

我原定乘坐A3航班，而一个旅行段没有商务舱。
前14名的行免费选择经济舱座位，但需支付额外费用"Upfront seats" (rows 2-13) 和 "Extra legroom seats" (row 1).

我目前在"free selection"座位。免费的机会是什么"upgrade"考虑到我的A3 * G身份，可以坐到更好的座位吗？

Coupons didn't 工作 for the return either, we again got row 5, although while checking the luggage we were told that I (and not my better half) would be 升级d at the gate. I let her sit in 1D 和 I stayed in 5 (was neither going to eat nor drink, anyway). I found out after arriving home that they 升级d w/o the coupon, thus they gave me double miles No trips planned for next month, so all four of this year's 升级 coupons will remain unused!

KLouis：您的回程航班有商务舱吗？如果航班比免费更经济"upgrade" is simply being relocated to a front row. The coupons are an 升级 to Business class. If your flight didn't have business then that explains why not coupons were used.
