No "old" award availablity?
抱歉我的第一篇文章有点抱怨。我丈夫和我有八个未使用的TruePasses，JetBlue客户服务告知我们没有"old"BOS-CUN直接航班在6月，7月进行为期8天的旅行可获得奖励， August 要么 September.
我们不得不没收4张TruePass，因为我们无法在计划于明年夏天进行的一次旅行中重新预订。我们本可以将它们重新预订到其他目的地，例如CLT，但是当我们不确定100％是否要乘车时，我们不想支付200美元的变更费。此外，我真的不想使用奖励机票去机票价格通常很低的地方。
我进一步感到沮丧，因为我们通常乘这次旅行的日期的机票价格比过去几年都高得多（无论是美元还是积分），而且它们的成本也比三角洲同一条路线的票价高得多。我们一年两次，并大约每6个月预订一次（奖励和已付费）的机票。

What you are experiencing is a built in problem with the 旧 TB awards. You have been fortunate enough to accumulate 8 passes, however you now see the downside.

我认为您拥有AMEX的TB卡，因此您的积分永远不会过期。

The way I understand it is that 100 旧 tb pts = 20,000 new tb pts
Even with points not expiring every time you hit 100 the passes are issued out so you have to fly them within a year. That was one of many things that was quite customer-unfriendly about the 旧 program 和 that is fixed in the new program.

Even when looking at the new system, it is somewhat difficult to find availability. For our desired week in June, the points would total 88,400 for both of us. This is low compared to the 130,600 points required to go February 6-13, but both are still higher than what was required under the 旧 system. Of course, it's also irrelevant, because we won't be able to accrue enough points in time.
In the 旧 system we could earn a 自由 roundtrip ticket every 4-6 months 要么 so. With the changes, it looks like it will now take us 10-12 months to earn the same.
我喜欢乘坐JetBlue，但TrueBlue的变化令人失望-至少从休闲BlueBlue旅行者的角度而言。我想我可以把它看作是在我的JetBlue Amex上花费更多的机会
